I’m Jen, and having begun my career at Bloomberg in the City, I have first-hand experience building and leading high-performance, happy and successful teams at some of the most creatively-awarded agencies in the world including AMV BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi and Droga5 for clients such as Brewdog, Mars, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Mercedes-Benz.
Now, as a fully AOEC-accredited coach conforming with the ICF code of ethics, I’m on a mission to unlock the leadership potential of others, because there’s never been a greater need for exceptional leaders to take the helm.
